Brian Cahill served 35 years with the Jersey City Police Department, retiring as Deputy Chief — a position that required him to lead major investigations, manage critical incidents, direct emergency operations, and provide executive-level public safety leadership across one of New Jersey's most demanding jurisdictions.
Following his retirement, Brian established Praetorian Risk Management Solutions to bring that experience directly to the private sector. PRMS serves attorneys, corporations, healthcare systems, school districts, municipal agencies, and property management organizations that need an experienced, independent partner — not a vendor with something to sell.
PRMS is the only independent investigative and advisory firm in the region led by a retired Jersey City Deputy Chief with formal licensing as a New Jersey Private Detective Agency.
